As a lifelong resident of Troy, my journey in real estate began at just 16, working for Parker Behm, a respected local builder and broker. By 21, I earned my real estate license while continuing to gain hands-on experience in the building side of the business. At 25, after taking time off for the birth of my son, Justin Lightner, I received a call from Anita Peltier that changed everything - she invited me to join Garden Gate Realty as Office Manager.

It wasn't long before our Broker, Bill Severt, encouraged me to reactivate my license. Bill taught me one of the most valuable lessons of my career: Take care of people, and they'll take care of you. I spent decades at Garden Gate Realty, proudly helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams with honesty, dedication, and heart.

A Little About Me

I'm a big fan of Ohio State Football (Go Buckeyes!) and Akron Softball (Go Zips!).

Troy is still my hometown. I am blessed to have 11 grandchildren. Any free time, I can be found designing and digging in flower beds or gardens. Summer is for spending time at car shows while winter is for antique shopping.
